Postage Costs:

Standard postage is free worldwide.

Packaging:

All items are presented in either a gift box and/or black velvet pouch.

Delivery:

Orders are normally dispatched within one working day, via Royal Mail 1^st Class post. Orders with a value of over £70 will be sent recorded delivery. Cheques must have cleared prior to item dispatch so please allow additional time if ordering by post.

Courier and Special Delivery

These delivery options are offered by prior arrangement at a small additional charge. Please contact us for more information.

Returns Policy:

If you are not completely happy with your purchase please return it in its original condition with all packaging within 7 days of receipt with all packaging. A full refund will be given. Please retain proof of postage.

Refunds will be given on any faulty products within 6 months of purchase, subject to the item being returned in full. Please email customerservices@CeeGeeJewellery.com prior to returning any item to arrange a replacement or refund. We regret that we cannot refund the cost of returning items unless they are faulty.

Recycling:

In order to reduce waste, we reuse bubble wrap, padded envelopes etc on outer packaging where possible.
