Packaging:

All items are presented in either a gift box or pouch. Please be aware that in order to reduce waste, we will reuse bubble wrap, Jiffy bags etc on outer packaging where possible.

Delivery:

Orders are normally dispatched within one working day, via Royal Mail 1^st Class post. Orders with a value of over £40 will be sent recorded delivery. Cheques must have cleared prior to item dispatch so please allow additional time if ordering by post.

Postage Costs:

 

Postage via Royal Mail 1^st Class is free to all UK addresses. There is an additional charge for the courier service option.

 

International shipping is sent by Royal Mail International Signed For* and is subject to a handling charge per shipment as follows:

*Royal Mail International Signed For packages are tracked until the point they leave the UK. CeeGee Jewellery Design cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing after this point.

 

Returns Policy:

 

If you are not completely happy with your purchase please return it in its original condition within 7 days with all packaging, and a full refund (less P&P) will be given. Unfortunately this cannot be offered on earrings (unless faulty) for reasons of hygiene.

 

Refunds will be given on any faulty products subject to the item being returned in full within 7 days of delivery. Please email customerservices@CeeGeeJewellery.com prior to returning any item to arrange a replacement or refund.
