What is your returns policy?

If in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, CeeGee Jewellery Design offers a no quibble returns policy. Please email customerservices@CeeGeeJewellery.com within 7 days of receipt to arrange the item return and a full refund (excluding postage and packing). Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, returns can only be offered on earrings if the item is faulty.

What is your privacy policy?

CeeGee Jewellery Design never share email address or personal details with a third party. If you would like to be included on occasional emails with news and offers from CeeGee Jewellery Design, please join the mailing list through the form found on the homepage. Do you use silver plate?

No. All silver parts and beads are sterling silver unless otherwise stated.

Are chains included?

All pendants come with a sterling silver chain. If you require a different length chain to the one advertised, please email sales@CeeGeeJewellery.com prior to ordering.

Is all the jewellery handmade?

Yes. Consequently there may be very slight differences from the photograph due to each item being individually made.

Can jewellery be modified?

If you see an item that you would like to see altered (e.g. lengthened) please email sales@CeeGeeJewellery.com prior to ordering to discuss your requirements. Alterations may incur a small additional charge on occasion, of which you will be notifed in advance.

Do you do commissions?

Subject to availability of materials, most designs can be reproduced using different colours etc to fit your requirements. Please email sales@CeeGeeJewellery.com with requests.
