Terms and Conditions

• The final closing date for entry is midnight on Sunday 4th May 2008. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
• No purchase is necessary.
• The winner will be the first name randomly drawn from all entrants during the week starting 5th May 2008. 
• The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Entrants must be over 16 years old.
• There will be one prize of a Swarovski crystal pendant on a sterling silver chain
• The winner will be notified by email and their name published on the CeeGee Jewellery Design website.
• Delivery of the prize will be by Royal Mail recorded delivery, subject to the winner providing a valid postal address on notification of the result.
• In the event that the winner has not provided a valid address within 14 days of notification of their win, the result will be declared null and void and a second winner randomly drawn from the remaining entries.
• No cash alternative to the prize will be available, nor is the prize transferable.
• No responsibility can be accepted for lost, misplaced or incomplete entries.
• Instructions form part of the rules and acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry.
• CeeGee Jewellery Design has arranged this competition in good faith but cannot accept any liability relating to the prize whatsoever.
• CeeGee Jewellery Design reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner in its absolute discretion and without notice.
• In accordance with our privacy policy, CeeGee Jewellery Design will not retain email addresses or other personal details of entrants who have not signed up for our mailing list.
