From my workshop in rural Cheshire I use a centuries old technique called lampworking to make individual glass beads using a propane and oxygen powered torch. The beads are annealed in a digitally controlled kiln for strength and durability. Once cooled, they are thoroughly cleaned and used to make my handmade sterling silver jewellery.
