Standard Delivery

Standard UK postage is free for all orders over £30. Orders are normally dispatched within 1 or 2 working days, via the Royal Mail Tracked24 service. Orders over £150 will be upgraded to Royal Mail Special Delivery.

All international orders are sent by the Royal Mail International Tracked Service. Orders over £150 are sent free of charge. Please note that buyers are responsible for payment of any import and customs charges and taxes that may apply.

All items are presented in a white branded CeeGee Jewellery gift box. Gift wrapping is available at a small additional cost.

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt of your goods. A full refund will be given within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please retain proof of postage. Refunds will be given on any faulty products within 6 months of purchase, subject to the item being returned in full. Please email [email protected] prior to returning any item to arrange a replacement or refund. A withdrawal (or cancellation) form is available on request. I regret that I cannot refund postage costs on returned items unless they are faulty. Custom made to order items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
