INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All international orders are via the Royal Mail International Tracked Service. Please note that buyers are responsible for payment of any import and customs charges and taxes that may apply, with the exception of IEEPA Import Tax into the United States. This tax will be paid upfront at checkout to ensure smooth passage through US customs. As a small independent maker I am under the economic nexus thresholds and therefore your order will not be subject to state sales tax.

PACKAGING

All items are presented in a white branded CeeGee Jewellery gift box. Gift wrapping is available at a small additional cost.

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt of your goods. A full refund will be given within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please retain proof of postage. Refunds will be given on any faulty products within 6 months of purchase, subject to the item being returned in full. Please email [email protected] prior to returning any item to arrange a replacement or refund. A withdrawal (or cancellation) form is available on request. I regret that I cannot refund postage costs on returned items unless they are faulty. Exchange requests will be subject to a postage and packing fee. Custom made to order items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

MATERIALS AND HALLMARKING

I use mainly moretti or ‘soft’ glass from Italy and Germany to make my beads. All jewellery is made using sterling or fine silver. Fine (or pure) silver has a silver content of 99.9%, meaning that it is purer than sterling, containing fewer alloys. This also means that it is less prone to tarnishing, but is softer so should be protected in a pouch when not being worn. All items with a silver content weighing over 7.78 grams are hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office in accordance with UK legislation.

JEWELLERY CARE

Sterling silver jewellery is best stored in an airtight bag to prevent tarnishing. An attractive patina will develop over time, but to keep it shiny it can be cleaned periodically with a silver polishing cloth. Avoid using silver dip or excessive polish on oxidised areas as it will remove the oxidisation. Your silver jewellery should be removed before bathing, showering or swimming.

WHOLESALE

I offer my handmade jewellery wholesale to a small selection of galleries and retaiers. Wholesale enquiries are welcome, so if you are interested in stocking my jewellery please contact me with details and I will arrange access to the wholesale area on my website. Existing wholesale customers can access the wholesale catalogue here.
