This privacy policy sets out how CeeGee Jewellery Design uses and protects any information that you give when you use this website. I am committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should I ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. CeeGee Jewellery Design may change this policy without notice by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

I may collect the following information:

  • Your name
  • Contact information including email address and telephone number.
  • Delivery and billing address
  • Item purchased, value and method of payment.

The information is collected through the completion of online or face to face orders and is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order. Details are also collected through enquiries, emails and quotes. My lawful basis for collecting the information is contractual; your information is required for the fulfilment of the order. I will never store your payment details, whether they be debit or credit card details or Paypal account login information. 

I require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping.
  • Creating, dispatching and if necessary, contacting you regarding your order.
  • Improve my products and services.

I am legally obligated to hold any data relating to orders for a minimum of seven years for HMRC.  Any details about with the processing of your order are used as I have a legitimate interest.


Your information is shared with third parties when necessary for the completion of your order. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to CeeGee Jewellery Design, such as delivery companies, e-commerce platforms and trusted payment processors, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that is reasonably necessary to: a) respond to legal process or to government requests; b) enforce agreements, terms and policies; c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or d) protect the rights, property, and safety of customers, or other. 


By subscribing to my mailing list, you are agreeing to my sending out information on promotions, new collections and news I feel might be of interest to you relating to CeeGee Jewellery Design. I will never share your details with other third-party companies. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe, this is easily done by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link which is provided at the bottom of each email sent. 

If you make an enquiry via the website contact form, your details from the contact form will be saved for further processing and answering your enquiry.

However, once you have used these links to leave my site, you should note that I do not have any control over that other website and cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites. Such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.


I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. The data is generally for 7 years, though may be longer if the business requires.


I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless I am required by law to do so.
