Blue Lampwork Shell Bead

A lampwork glass shell bead handmade in my Cheshire workshop. Beautiful blue glass highlighted on the surface with silver rich glass reflecting a pretty metallic sheen.

The shell measures approximately 20 mm tall by 22 mm wide and was made on a 1.6 mm mandrel, leaving a hole of about 2 mm.

Annealed in a kiln for durability and thoroughly cleaned.
